Suggested fabrics: 

Skirt: Felt is the traditional fabric, but it also works well in sturdy cotton and blends, wool, rayon, and gabardine.

Blouse: Crisp light to medium weight cotton and blends.

Girls' Skirt: 45" (115 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/4 - 3 1/2 yd (1.6 - 3.2 m) // 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/8 - 3 1/8 yd (1.3 - 2.9 m).

Women's Skirt: 45" (115 cm) wide fabric: 3 5/8 - 3 7/8 yd (3.3 - 3.5 m) // 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 3 1/4 - 3 3/8 yd (3 - 3.1 m).

Girls' Blouse: 45" (115 cm) wide fabric: 3/4 - 1 1/4 yd (0.7 - 1.2 m) // 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 3/4 - 1 yd (0.7 - 0.9 m).
